Terms of Service

We build websites, stores, apps and desktop software exactly as set out in your accepted quote. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.

Standard projects are 50% deposit before work starts and 50% on approval before go-live. Monthly hosting and retainers are payable in advance on the 1st. Invoices are due within 7 days.

Deposits are non-refundable once work starts. If a project stalls for 30+ days waiting on client content or approvals, we invoice for work done and a restart fee may apply.

Support plans cover maintenance of existing features only — unused minutes don't roll over. New features, pages or redesigns are quoted as new work.

We post only to accounts you give us access to, and only content you supplied or approved. You keep full ownership of your accounts and can revoke access at any time.

Ownership transfers on full payment. You warrant supplied content is yours to use. Liability is limited to fees paid for that project. Governed by the laws of South Africa.
